1. I want an out of stock item, what do I do?

Unfortunately things sell out fast sometimes and we cannot guarantee that we will be getting more of the item you’re looking for. However, if you contact us and let us know which item you’re interested in and the size you need we will notify you if/when it is re-stocked.

 

2. I made a mistake, can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us ASAP at shopablaze@outlook.com, changes cannot be made to your order after 3 hours of being placed.

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the correction for you.

 

3. Can I exchange?

At this time we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and then place a new order for the item you would like.

 

4. It says my package arrived but I never received it?

Please contact us at shopablaze@outlook.com and we will try to sort this out. We will contact our courier and provide you with an update. When the courier provides proof of delivery, Ablaze is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages.
